賽事簡介

由WTT認可，國際乒乓球聯合會 (國際乒聯) 授權，WTT青少年乒乓常規挑戰賽香港站，是由中國香港乒乓總會舉辦的年度青少年公開賽事。該青少年公開賽是國際巡迴賽亞洲區的重要比賽，為來自世界各地的青少年球員提供了一個高質量平台展示自己球技的好機會。
運動員憑參加各站賽事，以其成績而獲取積分。國際乒聯會於每星期公布最新國際排名榜，運動員將按此排名以獲取資格參加年終的世界青少年乒乓球錦標賽。
中國香港乒乓總會很高興今年可以續辦這項備受讚譽的比賽，今年除了吸引不少亞洲及歐洲年輕選手之外，該賽事將會延續過往慣例，鼓勵年輕球員追求卓越態度的傳統，特意頒發「最佳挑戰者獎」來激勵年輕球員發揮出最佳水平。此外，官方獎金總額亦達到3,000美元。
WTT青少年乒乓常規挑戰賽香港站2026將於2026年7月6至12日假香港伊利沙伯體育館舉行。

Event Descriptions
Authorized by the World Table Tennis (WTT) and sanctioned by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF), the WTT Youth Contender Hong Kong is an annual open tournament for young players organized by the Hong Kong, China Table Tennis Association. This youth open tournament holds significant importance in the Asian regions of the WTT Youth Series, providing a high-quality platform for young players from around the world to showcase their skills.
Athletes earn points based on their performance in each recognized competition, which contribute to their rankings. The ITTF releases the latest international rankings weekly, and players use these rankings to qualify for the ITTF World Youth Championships at the end of the year.
The Hong Kong, China Table Tennis Association is thrilled to continue hosting this prestigious tournament, which attracts numerous young players from Asia and Europe. Its long-standing tradition of instilling a spirit of excellence in young players continues with the “Best Challenger Awards”, in addition to the official prize money for the tournament of USD3,000. This highlights the tournament’s dedication to motivating and encouraging young players to strive for their best.
WTT Youth Contender Hong Kong 2026 will take place from Jul 6th to 12th , 2026, at the Queen Elizabeth Stadium in Hong Kong.

最佳挑戰者獎（BCA）
評判標準：
(1) BCA是一項給排名較低球員的挑戰，當擊敗排名較高且分數差異最大的球員（不包括退賽）。
(2) BCA獎項將表彰表現最佳的U19、U17和U15球員，每個年齡組將獲得一次獎項。
(3) 按照2026年6月29日的世界排名積分計算。
(4) 符合資格的球員必須參加7月6日至8日和7月10日至12日的女子單打或男子單打比賽。
(5) 如果有多名球員具有相同的分數差異，則都將獲得該獎項。
(6) 每位獲勝的球員將獲得一張證書及一份紀念品。

The Best Challenger Award (BCA)
Criteria:
1. BCA awarded to players with lower ranking points who defeat higher-ranked players with the biggest point differences (excluding withdrawal).
2. BCA recognizes top-performing U19, U17, and U15 players, each age group will be awarded once only.
3. It will be calculated based on World Ranking Points as of 29 June 2026.
4. Eligible players must compete in Singles Girls or Singles Boys event from 6-8 July and 10-12 July.
5. Given that more than one player shares the same points of difference, both shall be given the award.
6. Each winning player will be awarded a Certificate and a souvenir.
